HF-525Plus Installation, Operation and Service Manual
12.1 Introduction
HF-525 Plus monitors the Generator fault status in real-time electrical circuit and sends the fault
information to the Console when the X-ray system fails display the fault information on the display
window. The fault status is organized by Error Code and provides a solution to repair X-ray system
user or service person in order to easily solve the faulty part of X-ray system.
12.2 Repair Tools
The basic tools and measuring equipment required for troubleshooting are listed below. Additional
tools and measuring equipment should be prepared according to the fault condition.
● Basic and common measuring equipment and installation tools used by engineers (For example, a
Multi meter, a driver, a ripper, a long rose, a range set, a lead, a soldering iron, a hexagon range set,
etc.)
● Tools to clean parts
● Tube voltage meter (kV meter).
● Tube current meter (mA meter).
● Radiation dose meter (Radiation Dose meter).
● Service manual 1 booklet
