(1) Board Name: XR7-FnD Board
(2) Functions: Controlling IGBT and Tube Filament
(3) Check wiring condition of XR7-FnD Board and the check IGBT_OCP trouble when IGBT Device signal
and protection circuit trouble. And check procedures are as follows.
Normal Operation

How to check and repair
1. LED light ON check at D516, 517, 518
(Normal: All LEDs are light ON)
2. Fix the Connector (P501) and check
voltage (normal : 220VAC)
3. Check the Fuse (F501).
4. Fix the Relay (RL501) and check its
functioning (normal: Relay working with
lamp ON)
5. Measure the voltage between Test point
(TP500, 501) (normal: 18VDC ±0.2V)
6. If above voltage is not O.K, adjust VR501
to meet the proper range at 18VDC.
7. In case there is no voltage out, check the
Resistor (R502).
