EMPTY & CLEAN CRUMB PAN

FREQUENCY:
Crumb trays should be emptied and wiped clean DAILY.
METHOD:
• Remove all crumb trays from crumb tray brackets at the end of each conveyor belt end.
• Use a solution of mild dish detergent and warm water for normal cleaning.
• Wipe the surface with a soft cloth.
• Crumb trays may be submerged for cleaning.
CAUTION:
• NEVER install SOLID crumb pans on a MIDDLE or TOP oven. Doing so will cause heat to be come trapped
under the conveyor which will push out under the control system, potentially damaging it.
• PERFORATED crumb pans should be installed in MIDDLE & TOP ovens only.
• Heat damage is NOT covered under warranty.
