5. Inspect plastic wrapping on printer for any external damage. If any external damage exists, notify the Facilities Manager and ship-
ping company, and take photos of any damage before removing plastic wrapping.
6. Remove the plastic covering from the printer.

7. inspect unwrapped printer for damage. If any damage is found, notify the Facilities Manager and shipping company. Take photos of

8. Verify ShockWatch® or equivalent tip/impact indicators have not
been tripped. If are any indicators are tripped, notify the Facilities
Manager, the shipping company, and your manager or director immediately, and take photos of the indicator before continuing.
9. Remove all peripherals (boxes, parts, and accessories) that are to be at
tached to the printer. This includes the computer monitor
and keyboard tray Rolled Media Handling Systems (Front and Rear, alignment fixture, and other parts.
10. Unpack remaining crates that accompanied printer.
11. Check spares kit and inventory parts as time permits.
