3.19.2 Rigid Media Fence Alignment Adjustments
Adjust the Fence as described in the following steps.
The Fence must be parallel to the Carriage Beam. Adjust the fence so it is parallel to the beam as described in the following steps.
1. Place some rolled media onto the vacuum belt.
2. Using the blue Carriage Height Gauge, make marks on the media to indicate where the beam is located.
3. Do this on the left and right sides of the media.
4.Once the marks are made there is a reference to the location of the beam.
5. Adjustments to the fence can now be made.
