If the pressure is remarkably lower than 1.5 bar (22 psi) then
– Check the pressure of the oxygen bottle.
– Check the pressure regulator of the oxygen bottle
– Do leakage check. See chapter Leak Checking

If this message permanently remains in the “status window”, check the flow on the
lower flow meter (Rotameter). The ball has to be in the range of 180 L/h. If it is in
this range, then click on the “device state” window icon.

Check the graph for L/h. (See software helps). If the vertical bar is not in the middle
of the base line then calibrate the flow in the software as follows.

“configuration window”.

The duration of pre-purging is possibly entered much too long. Reasonable values
are between 1 and 5 seconds, maximum 10 sec for very low carbon analysis.
