      If the rollers of your Exakt Industrial Equipment aren't rotating properly, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the EMERGENCY STOP is not activated by unlocking the emergency stop button. Next, check that the safety device is correctly mounted. Verify the power supply is uninterrupted by checking the main switch and fuses. If the electric assembly group lacks power, inspect the fuses and contact service if needed. Overload can also cause this issue; switch off the drive, address the cause, and restart. For thermal overload, reduce speed and allow the machine to cool. Lastly, if processing a highly viscous product, do it in multiple passes with gradually decreasing gap widths.

Check for deposits on contact surfaces and clean if necessary, then correctly mount the scraper system. Also, a worn scraper knife can cause this, so replace it if needed. Ensure the scraper knife is fully inserted to the rear and right stop. Finally, the roller adjustment might not be parallel; clean and readjust the machine, contacting EXAKT Service if necessary.

      If the product fineness decreases and the product is removed on one side only when using your Exakt Industrial Equipment, it could be due to incorrect contact pressure of the scraper system. Increase or reduce contact pressure as needed. Also, check if the scraper knife is worn and replace it if necessary.

      If you notice noise coming from the left side of your Exakt Industrial Equipment, the drive belt may be insufficiently tensioned or defective. Tension it or have it replaced by EXAKT Service. Alternatively, the belt tensioner or deflector pulley could be worn and require replacement by EXAKT Service. Another possibility is a defective toothed wheel, which should also be replaced by EXAKT Service.

      If the product diverges laterally on the rollers of your Exakt Industrial Equipment, possibly beyond the roller ends, it could be because gap 1 (nip gap) is too large relative to gap 2. Reduce the gap width of gap 1 or increase the gap width of gap 2. Also, the removal behavior of the scraper knife may not be perfect, causing product to jam in gap 2; check the scraper knife and/or scraper system, and correct the contact pressure if necessary. Lastly, the sealing function of the plastic guide might be insufficient; check the function of the plastic guides and replace them if necessary.
