4.5. Close-Loop Feedback
The OmniCure S2000 Elite proprietary and patented Closed-Loop Feedback (CLF) technology
utilizes an internal optical sensor to monitor lamp's output in real time and adjust the iris to
automatically maintain the irradiance level to within +/-5% of the set point, ensuring repeatable
and measurable doses of curing energy for increased yields and quality.
Closed-Loop Feedback is always active when the following criteria is met:
• In Relative mode: the iris is between 2% and 99%
• In Absolute mode: the intensity or power value selected is between 2% and 99% of the
iris opening.
CLF works for even the shortest exposure times (100 ms)
