SEAT ADJUSTMENT
Height adjustment
– Loosen the locking screw of the seat post.
– Adjust the seat height by moving the seat post
to the desired position.
Do not raise the seat post beyond the
indication on it and in any case the part
that remains inside the frame must be at
least 10cm.
– Align the tip of the seat towards the front of the
bicycle.
Tighten the screw “A” to the correct
tightening torque (see the “TIGHTENING
TORQUE” table in “CHECK AND INSPEC-
TIONS” chapter).
Seat position and inclination adjustment
– Loosen the seat locking nuts “B”.
Important: the nuts “B” must be com-
pletely loosened, almost to the end of
the thread, in this way the seat can ro-
tate freely. If the seat is rotated with the
clamp not completely released, the
teeth of the seat can disengage, making
it impossible to correctly lock the seat
regardless of the tightening torque.
– Adjust the seat inclination as desired.
Tighten the nuts “B” to the correct tight-
ening torque (see the “TIGHTENING
TORQUE” table in “CHECK AND INSPEC-
TIONS” chapter).

– シートポストのロックネジを緩めます。
– シートポストを目的の位置まで動かして、シー
トの高さを調整します。
シートポストの表示を超えてシートポストを
上 げ た り 、 フ レ ー ム 内 に 残 る 部 分 を
10cm以下にしたりしないでください。
– シートの先端を自転車の前方に向けて揃えま
す。
ネジ「A」を正しい締め付けトルクで締め付
けてください（「点検・検査」の「締め付けト
ルク」の表を参照）。
サドル位置及び角度調整
– シートロックナット “B” を緩めます。
重要：ナット “B ”はネジ山のほぼ最後ま
でしっかりと緩めてください。クランプが完
全に解放されていない状態でシートを回
転させると、シートの歯が外れてしまい、
締め付けトルクに関係なくシートを正しく
ロックすることができなくなります。
– シートの傾きはお好みで調整してください。
ナット「B」を正しい締め付けトルクで締め
付ける（「点検・点検」の「締め付けトルク」
の表を参照）。
