GEARSHIFT USE
Change the gear only after having light-
ened the pressure on the pedals, to
avoid that the motor traction could dam-
age the chain.
The bicycle is equipped with a mechanical gear-
shift inside the rear wheel hub.
The gear can be changed from standstill
or while riding.
The gearshift is equipped with a five-speed han-
dlebar control:
– Going up in numbering, we shift to a bigger
gear.
– Going down in numbering, we shift to a small-
er gear.
Shifting to a smaller gear results in less gear-
ing-up. Pedal resistance decreases and the speed
obtained is lower, but it is possible to ride uphill
more easily.
To move to a bigger gear:
– While pedalling in the direction of travel, ro-
tate the control upwards (until a “click” is
heard clearly).
To switch to a smaller gear:
– While pedalling in the direction of travel, ro-
tate the control downwards (until a “click” is
heard clearly).
ギヤチェンジユニットの使用法
ギヤの変更は、モーターの牽引力でチェーンを
損傷させないように、ペダルの踏み込む力を軽く
してから行ってください。
後輪のハブの内側に機械式の変速機を搭載していま
す。
ギヤチェンジは、静止した状態でも走行中でも可能
です。
変速機には５速ハンドルバーコントロールを搭載して
います。:
– 番号を上げると大きなギヤにシフトし、番号を下げ
ると小さなギヤにシフトします。
ギヤを小さくすることで、ギヤアップが少なくなります。
ペダルの抵抗が減り、スピードは落ちるが、上り坂を
楽に走ることが可能です。
大きなギヤに移行するには:
– 進行方向にペダルを踏みながら、ハンドルバーコン
トロールを上に倒します（「カチッ」という音がはっき
りと聞こえるまで）。
ギヤを小さくするには:
– 進行方向にペダルを踏んでいる間に、ハンドル
バーコントロールを下方向に回します（「カチッ」とい
う音がはっきりと聞こえるまで）。
