If the le is modied using “Excel” type spreadsheet software, the format may be modied and the
“;” delimiters replaced by “,”, making it unusable by the concentrator. Always make sure to indicate the
delimiter format when saving.
3.1.2.1.3.4 Connected Device Declaration
Connected device interface conguration is based on the following parameters:
PARAMETER DESCRIPTION DEFAULT VALUE
Index Index for the device to be dened.
This eld contains a numeric value representing the
identication number for the device to be congured.
Each number must be unique, failing which the
device will not be visible in the web interface.
The following index values are also accepted:
•IO: is used to indicate that the denition le is for
the concentrator IO.
•TIC1: is used to indicate that the denition le is for
a TIC type device.
Interface For “IO” or “TIC” devices, this eld is not used. It must
be left empty.
For modbus devices, it contains the following
information:
•SERIAL1: the device is connected to serial port 1.
•SERIAL2: the device is connected to serial port 2.
•SERIAL3: the device is connected to serial port 3.
•“IP address” the device is of the modbus TCP type
and is accessible at the indicated IP address.
•“IP address-Port:” the device is of the modbus TCP
type and is accessible at the indicated IP address at
the indicated TCP port number.
Name This eld describes the name given to the device in
the web interface. This name is also used for MQTT
and the scripts. This is why it is essential that it be
unique in the conguration.
Address This eld is not used for “IO” and “TIC” type devices.
For “modbus” devices, it contains the device address
on the modbus network. Its value is therefore from 1
to 240.
For “TIC”, “IO” and “SMA-Net” devices, this eld is not
used.
