In terms of release geometry, the current method works for point releases (2" diameter or
less) and diffuse releases up to 12" in diameter. With respect to leak rate, the current
method has been calibration from 0.2 sl/m up to 300 sl/m (methane). With respect to
wind speed the calibration extends to 10 mph.
