4 The spring block assembly can now be easily removed from inside the nebulizer mount.
5 Using the smaller-diameter end of the torch removal tool, align the 4 pins with the holes
in the spring block assembly cap.
6 Turn the cap counterclockwise to unthread it and access the nebulizer seal washer.
