b Under Settings, set Flow Rate (µL/min) to 50.
c Under Sample Settings, set Sample Location to 1.
d Click OK to close the Flow Rate notification.
e Click to save the changes.
8 To load the sample loop with bleach solution, under Actions > Workflows > Sample
