Clean the Autosampler Fluidic Lines and Nebulizer with 10% Bleach

9 After 10% bleach has been loaded into the sample loop, click Inject. The injection
process takes approximately 5 min to complete.
10 After the 10% bleach solution has been injected, prepare to inject DIW to rinse the
bleach solution from the lines. Under Sample Settings change the sample location to 2
and click the icon.
11 Click Load and wait for loading to complete.
12 After DIW has been loaded into the sample loop, click Inject. The injection process
takes approximately 5 min to complete.
13 Under Settings, return the Flow Rate to 30 µL/min and click the save icon.
14 Under Ion Optics > Settings > return Nebulizer Gas Flow to 0.15, press Set.
NOTE It is necessary to tune the instrument before proceeding.
15 Replace the bleach waste tube with a new nebulizer rest tube filled with DIW.
