4.9.4. Self-erecting device (optional)
The self erecting device is installed in the support intended for that purpose on the frame of the
motor unit. Suspend a hoisting winch able to lift a 300 lbs (135 kg) mast section and move the
structure by pivoting the self-erecting jib.
Pull on the spring plunger (FSQ-0281) to free the auto-erectif post
and allow rotation.
When in use, the position detector is locked and blocks the safety electric
line of the machine, stopping any platform movement as long as the
self-erecting is in use.
If not in use mode, position the jib at 90° in relation to the wall to free
the position detector. In this position, it is possible de move the machine
normally.
