indicator. Fill in cooling liquid.
AL02 High inlet temperature - Ensure that the circulating uid ow is 5l/
min.or more.
- Reduce the ambient temperature or heat
load.
- Wait until the temperature decreases.
AL03 Inlet temperature rising - Ensure that the circulating uid ow is 5l/
min.or more.
- Reduce the ambient temperature or heat
load.
- Wait until the temperature decreases.
AL04 Inlet temperature Check the ambient temperature condition
and the temperature of supplied cooling
liquid.
AL05 High outlet temperatur - Ensure that the cooling liquid ow is 5l/
min.or more.
- Check the heat load are within the speci-
ed range.
AL06 High inlet pressure Check the hoses for kinks, bruises and
foreign objects.
AL07 Faulty pump operation Restart and check, if the pump is running.
AL08 Inlet pressure rises Check the hoses for kinks, bruises and
foreign objects.
AL09 Inlet pressure drops - Restart and check, if the pump is run-
ning.
- Ensure that the tank level is within the
appropriate range.
AL10 High compressor inlet tempera-
ture
Check the temperature of the cooling liquid
returning to the water chiller.
AL11 Low compressor inlet tempera-
ture
Check, if the cooling liquid ows freely.
AL12 Low super heat temperature Check, if the cooling liquid ows freely.
AL13 High compressor inlet pressure Reduce the ambient temperature or heat
load.
AL15 Refrigerant circuit pressure
(high pressure side) drops
Check the ambient temperature is within the
specied range.
Possible refrigerant leakage. Contact your
service technician.
AL16 Refrigerant circuit pressure (low
pressure side) rises
Reduce the ambient temperature or heat
load.
AL17 Refrigerant circuit pressure (low
pressure side) drops
Check, if the cooling liquid ows freely.
AL18 Compressor overload Leave for 10 minutes and restart. Then
check, if the compressor is operating.
