dling the cooling liquid and during operation:
The operating instructions help you to use the water chiller eciently and must be acces-
sible at all times.
- Keep the various sections of the operating instructions near the corresponding parts
of the machine at all times.
- Clearly mark the place where the instructions are kept
- Ensure that all persons using the machine know where the operating instructions are
located.
- The operating instructions will only be able to help you if you can get to them when
there is a problem!
IMPORTANT! The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage that arises from
failure to observe the operating instructions.
Operating
instructions
Instructions Before start working, the system operator must tell all people working with the water
chiller about:
- the theoretical and practical aspects of operating the water chiller
- the safety regulations applicable to the water chiller
IMPORTANT! This obligation applies in particular to persons who only work occasionally
with the water chiller.
Protective
covers
The water chiller is tted with protective covers and safety devices. These must always
be tted to the appropriate parts when the water chiller is in operation. If a protective
device is removed for maintenance purposes, it must be replaced before starting opera-
tion again.
Local regula-
tions
In some countries, local statutory regulations may apply that are not included in these
operating instructions.
It is the duty of the operator to be aware of and comply with any local statutory regula-
tions.This relates primarily to regulations concerning:
- Accident prevention
- Machine safety
- Protection of personnel (protective equipment)
- Environmental protection
- Electrical system
