[Cover Note - Comment - Sender's Comment] Screen
Select a comment to be added to the sender field.
1 Select any item.

No comment is added to the sender field.
îš„On
A comment is added to the sender field.
Select a comment from the registered comments.
îš„Comment
The registered comments are displayed.

About the Cover Note
îš„To
If the remote machine is specified with its address number, the recipient name
registered for the address number is printed. This field is blank if a recipient name has
not been registered.
îš„Recipient's Comment
The comment for the number specified with [Comment] is printed.
îš„From
The registered sender name is printed.
îš„Sender's Comment
The comment for the number specified with [Comment] is printed.
îš„Fax Number
The registered fax number of the machine is printed. When using G3 communications,
the G3 ID is recorded.
îš„Number of Pages
The number of pages is printed.
îš„Send Date and Time
The transmission start date and time is printed.
îš„Remarks
Remarks are printed when the document is sent using Broadcast, Mailbox, Relay
Broadcast, or Redial Mode.
