1 Make sure that the machine is not operating,
and open the front cover.
2 While holding down the tabs on the top of the
waste toner container, lay the container
down toward you and then pull it out from the
machine.
3 Remove the cleaning bar from the back side
of the front cover, and then clean each of the
laser scanners once with the bar.
Insert the cleaning bar into each slot until it
stops, and then slowly slide the bar back out.
4 Return the cleaning bar to the back side of
the front cover.
