Why doesn’t the relay accept the default LUI passwords?
A new relay comes with LUI (Local User Interface) and remote factory setting passwords. The master
factory setting password must be changed in order to login and perform actions with the relay through
the keypad. To change a factory setting password, perform the following steps:
1. Press the action key [ACT].
2. Press the enter key [ENT]; no password is required.
3. Scroll down the menu to item:
10. CHANGE PASSWORD
.
4. Press the [ENT] key.
5. Select the password to be changed.
6. Enter the factory password.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Re-enter your new password.
9. Logout by pressing the [END] key followed by the [ENT] key.
10.The factory setting password has now been successfully changed.
What are the LUI and remote factory setting passwords?
The LUI factory passwords for the different privilege levels are:

Note: the period is part of the password!
