8-4-2 Front End Metal Door Replacement
8-4-2-1 Tools
Appropriate Phillips screwdriver
8-4-2-2 Time Required

8-4-2-3 Preparation
1.) Shut down the Venue™ ultrasound unit, as described in Power Shut Down .
2.) Make sure the On/Off power switch is set to Off.
3.) Make sure the system is standing securely on a level surface, with the wheels in the locked position.
8-4-2-4 Front End Metal Door Removal
1) Remove all accessories.
2) Remove the following covers: RS Probe Cover, Lower Front eTower, Left side eTower, Right Side
eTower, and Mid Thermal Baffle Cover.
3) Remove full front end.
4.) Remove the riser thermal cover.
5.) Leave the door open by approximately 30 degrees, to make enough space for the FE door to be
removed.
