CONNECTING GXV3350 TO DOOR SYSTEMS
The GXV3350 offers a powerful integration with Door systems (GDS3710 Door System or others) and
allows users to open the door, initiates call and gets real time audio/video stream.
In order to configure the GXV3350 with the door system from the phone side, users need to go under
GXV3350 Web GUIValue-added ServiceValue-added Service. Please, refer to the GXV3350
Administration Guide for more details about Value-added Service configuration.
Once the configuration is done, the call from the door system is answered on the GXV3350 in full screen
with the configured “Open” button to send the access password to the door system. Please, refer to the
following figure:

The GXV3350 can be connected with the door system in two different ways, either using peering mode
(without a SIP server) or through a SIP server. For more details, please refer to following guide describing
