EHS Headset

The GXV3350 supports normal RJ9 headset and EHS headset. To use Plantronics EHS headset:

1. Go to the GXV3350 Home screen  Settings  Basic  Peripherals: enable option “Plug RJ9/EHS

headset”

2. Connect EHS Headset to the GXV3350. Insert headset connector into the RJ9 headset port on the

back of GXV3350.

USB Headset

The GXV3350 supports USB Headset, once the headset plugged and tap on the Headset button, it will be

detected, then the following icon will be shown on the top right of the status bar, this means a USB headset

is connected.
