Note:
Users can configure the recording mode via Web GUI→Phone Settings→Call Settings→Record Mode.
Five modes are available:
 Record Locally: The phone will use the local recorder for call recording, and the audio file will be
saved according to the recorder setup.
 Record on PortaOne: The phone will send the specified SIP messages to the corresponding server
 Record on UCM: The phone will send the recording feature code to the UCM server to request for
recording, and the recording function will be executed by the server.
 Record on BroadSoft: The phone will send the recording feature code to the Broadsoft server to
request for recording, and the recording function will be executed by the server.
 Disable: The phone cannot record in a call.
Users can configure the phone to Auto-Record all calls established via Web GUI→Phone Settings→Call
Settings→Enable Auto Record When Call Established. But, if Record Mode is set to “Disable”, this option
cannot be configured.
MPK Monitoring
During the call, users could view and monitor the programmable keys configured for the current Account:

1. During the Call, press the MPK button as shown above.
2. The list of MPK configured for the active account will be displayed.
