9 TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Conrmation Items Cause Solution
The “E05004 ERROR
REALIGN ROLLERS” is
displayed.
And this occurred after the
main board was replaced.
The plotter is CE6000-
40.
The right side push roller
is positioned to the right
end of long grid roller.
Conrm the length of
right side long gird roller
has the 160 mm.
There are two type
of grid rollers for the
CE6000-40.
The dip-switch was not
setting correctly.
Update the rmware to
latest version than if it is
older than 1.99.
Set the dip switch setting
correctly.
Tool does not up or down
correctly.
Conrm the serial
number is later than
“E309xxxxxx”.
The tool height sensor
is not working correctly
by the noise of the Y
relay board. The GND
has to connect for the Y
relay board if the serial
number is older than
“E309xxxxxx”.
Connect the GND on
the Y relay board. Refer
to the technical bulletin
No.533 to connect the
GND.
Or replace the Y relay
board.
And update the rmware
to the latest version.
Conrm there is not
dust on the tool height
sensor.
There is dust on the
sensor.
Blow out the dust from
the height sensor.
Conrm the pen coil is
not touching to the case
of coil (Yoke) by moving
the pen holder arm
manually.
The coil is touching to
the yoke.
Replace the pen block.
There is non cutting area. Conrm the blade holder
is setting to the correct
position.
The blade holder stopper
should be set to upper
position from the ange
of blade holder.
The tool will not go down
to the correct height
if the stopper is set to
under the ange of blade
holder.
Reinstall the blade
holder to the correct
position.
Conrm the push roller
position.
The outside of left and
right push roller area
does not cut.
Position the left push
roller to the left edge of
media. And position the
right push roller to the
right edge of media.
There is non cutting area.
After the pen-block was
reinstalled.
Conrm the Pen Block
height. Conrm the pen
block height is 10 mm
from the Cutting Mat.
The Pen Block is
installing higher than 10
mm.
Reinstall the Pen Block
height to be 10 mm.
