3. Receiving the product
3.1 Transporting the product
Depending on the size, the system is supplied in a wooden cage,
closed wooden box, wrapped on a pallet or cardboard box designed
for transport by forklift truck or similar vehicle.
3.2 Inspecting the product
Before installing the product, check the following:
• The system corresponds to the order.
• All visible parts are intact.
3.3 Scope of delivery
The box contains the following:
• 1 Hydro Multi-E system
• installation and operating instructions for Hydro Multi-E
• quick guide for Hydro Multi-E
• installation and operating instructions for CRE, CRIE, CRNE,
SPKE, MTRE, CME.
3.4 Handling and lifting the product

‐ When lifting the system, do not use the eyebolts of the
motors.
‐ Do not lift the system by the manifolds.
‐ Do not stand on the manifolds.

‐ Before you lift, make sure that the lifting equipment is
capable of lifting this load, which is listed on the
nameplate and on the packaging label.

‐ Use appropriate lifting equipment when placing the
system.
When lifting the product, the lifting point must always be
above the centre of gravity to ensure stability.
The CRE pump with a C-profile base frame in the Hydro Multi-E
system has eyebolts for lifting the system. See the figure below.
• Use lifting gear that ensures a vertical lift.
• Use a safety strap around one of the pump motors to prevent
the system from tilting.
