5-3 MENU (Cont.)
5-3-19 OTHERS - RESET
RESET is used to reset the Doppler menu to the original default settings.
Press the MENU button to go to Menu mode. Scroll up (PRINT button) or down (LEG/TOE
button) until OTHERS is highlighted. Press the probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP
button (Right) to bring up the submenu. Scroll up or down until RESET is highlighted. Press
the Probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP (Right). “START?” will appear next to RESET
on the LCD. Press Enter or Right again to reset the menu settings.
5-3-21 OTHERS - DISCHARGE
DISCHARGE is used to discharge the battery prior to recharging.
The Discharge option is available when the AC Adaptor is connected to the main unit.
Press the MENU button to go to Menu mode. Scroll up
(PRINT button) or down (LEG/TOE button) until OTHERS
is highlighted. Press the probe selection button (Enter) or
INF/DUMP button (Right) to bring up the submenu. Scroll
up or down until DISCHARGE is highlighted. Press the
Probe selection button (Enter). “START?” will appear
next to DISCHARGE on the LCD. Press Enter again to
begin discharging. Charging will start automatically upon
discharge completion.
NOTE
Although not required,
periodically discharging the
battery may help prolong
battery life.
NOTE
It takes a few extra hours to
discharge the battery prior to
recharging.
