Please choose ALD
R100 - End of RTD roll. Clean
printhead, then install new
roll.
R101 - Missing RTD roll.
Clean printhead, then install
new roll.

SOLUTION
STEP 1: Power machine off and on
(by switching the on/off button). If
the fault is cleared then, print a zero
value label to confirm.
STEP 2: Check if the serial cable is
fitted correctly ·
Wait 5 sec between two labels.
Operation not allowed on the RTD
choose ALD for print the IJ test
pattern.
Step 1: change roll media.
Step 2: clean the print head.
Step 3: install correctly the paper.
Step 1: install new roll media.
Step 2: clean the print head.
Step 3: install correctly the paper.
Turn Power machine off and on.
If after 2 attempts the fault is still not
cleared, then ask for RTD exchange
procedure.
