8.2 Clearing a PO lockout
USPS regulations require that your meter must be set at least
once every three months. The WJ185/220/250 meter has an
internal timer that tracks your reset activity. After three months
without adding postage, a PO LOCKOUT message is displayed
and postage printing is disabled.
To clear the lockout:
- Select the POSTAL SERVICES menu, then select the CREDIT
menu;
- Touch
OK
to confirm.
When the Clear Lockout transaction is completed, postage printing
is enabled for another 3 months.
