Filling • The current combustion chamber temperature is lower
than the preset ignition temperature.
• This operating status is maintained until the preset
time for filling the combustion chamber has elapsed.
Ignition • The preset ignition temperature has not been excee-
ded.
• The ignition fan is running and the combustion fan will
start after the preset delay.
• This operating status is maintained until the preset
time for ignition has elapsed.
Pre-ventilation • The preset ignition temperature has been exceeded.
• The flue gas fan runs.
• This operating status is maintained until the preset
time for pre-ventilation has elapsed.
Heating-up • The feed rate and the speed of the combustion fan are
increased step-by-step.
• This operating status is maintained until the preset
time for heating up or the preset temperature in the
combustion chamber have been reached.
Control • The heating system runs automatically according to
the configured control mode.
• This operating status is maintained until a change is
made to a different status.
Burn out • The pre-set boiler temperature is reached or the it is
time for grate emptying in continous operation.
• The boiler has been switched off.
• This operating status is maintained until the boiler
temperature exceeds the demanded preset tempera-
ture.
Tip grate • The grate completely empties before each new igni-
tion process of the heating system.
• In continuous operation the heating system burns out
after a set time and the grate completely empties.
Chimney sweep • The biannual chimney sweep test is performed.
• Working together with the HDG Hydronic heating con-
trol, the loads are activated.
Lambda stop • The residual oxygen value for combustion has fallen
below the minimum.
• The heating system waits until the minimum residual
oxygen value has been reached again.
