PLACING THE BOILER
TRANSPORT WITH A CRANE 1. Remove the packaging from the boiler.
2. Lift the hood (2) on the feeding system side upward off the shaped
studs.
3. Release the two Phillips-head screws (3) and remove the middle
hood (1).
4. Lift the hood (4) on the flue pipe side upward off the shaped studs.
The following figures and diagrams show the version of the heating
system HDG Compact 25 - 80 with feeding system TBZ 150 on the
left side of the boiler.
Please keep this in mind if your version has a feeding system on the
right.
Caution!
Danger from suspended loads
The boiler weighs over 600 kg. If the boiler is dropped during trans-
port, persons can be seriously injured and the boiler can be da-
maged.
Make sure that you use appropriate lifting gear when placing the
boiler.
