5 Commissioning the system – Procedure

FILLING THE FUEL BUNKER
1. Before filling the fuel bunker, check the rotational direction, the
intermediate base, the leaf springs and the dosing plate of the de-
livery system.
2. Fill the fuel bunker.
See the chapter entitled “6 Using the heating system”, section
“6.8 Filling the fuel bunker”.
The fuel bunker is filled.
CHECKING AND ADAPTING THE BASIC PARAMETER SETTINGS
1. Using the Mode button, switch to OFF mode.
2. Press the Enter button.
The mode has been changed.
The OFF symbol will be illuminated on the control unit.
3. Simultaneously press the Plus and Enter buttons.
The display changes to the service level.
4. Check the basic settings for the following parameter groups:
1 - General
2 - Boiler
3 - Ignition
4 - Control
5 - Return
6 - Cleaning
7 - Delivery system
and the basic settings of the additional hydraulic system-dependent
parameter groups 8-Hydraulic system to 21-Heating
pump, Combi.
The fuel bunker may only be filled if the actuators and sensors have
been tested.
Warning!
Damage to delivery system during filling
If the heating system is not switched on during filling of the fuel
bunker, the overload protection of the delivery system could be
triggered when the heating system is switched on after the filling.
When filling the fuel bunker for the first time, activate the delivery
system by switching in manual operation.
