CHECK THE DRIVE CHAINS OF
THE ASH REMOVAL
SYSTEM
1. Set the control to the operating mode OFF.
✓ The OFF symbol lights up.
2. Allow the fire in the heating system to burn out and cool down.
3. Turn the main switch off.
4. Remove the lower cover on the back of the boiler.
5. Check the chain tension (1).
✓ If the drive chain has approximately 1 cm play, the tension is cor-
rect.
✓ If the drive chain has more play, it must be tightened.
6. Loosen the locking screw on the chain tensioner (2).
✓ The chain tensioner can be moved.
7. Move the chain tensioner (2) downwards until the drive chain
again has sufficient tension.
8. Secure the chain tensioner (2) in this position.
9. Replace the cover on the boiler.
10.Switch the heating system on again.

✓ The check of the ash removal system drive chain is completed.

HECKING THE DRIVE CHAIN OF
THE FEEDING SYSTEM
1. Set the control to the operating mode OFF.
✓ The OFF symbol lights up.
2. Allow the fire in the heating system to burn out and cool down.
3. Turn the main switch off.
4. Release the 10 mm screws (2) of the chain guard (3) and remove it.
5. Check the chain tension (1).
