5. Turn the main switch off.
6. Release the star-grip screw (2).
7. Release the two middle 10 mm hexagon socket screws (1).
8. Fold open the cleaning shaft lid (3).
9. Pull out the turbulators on the guide crossbars (1) in an upward di-
rection.
10.Visually inspect the cleaning turbulators for encrustations and re-
move these with a suitable tool.
11.Brush off the heat exchanger surfaces with a suitable tool (e.g.
cleaning brush, included in delivery).
12.Clean the guide crossbars (1) and lubricate them with heat-resis-
tant grease.
13.Reassemble the cleaning system and the cleaning shaft lid in the
reverse sequence.
14.Reattach the three hoods.

For easier assembly, align the push rods of the turbulators centred
to the heat exchanger surfaces.
