8.1 Backlight
Turning on/o the backlight
Pressing the key can turn on/o the display backlight.
If inactivity continues or a measurement-current anomaly continues
to be detected for at least 40 s, the backlight will be automatically
turned o.
Enabling/disabling automatic backlighing shuto
You can enable/disable the automatic backlighting shuto.
Enabled: Turning o the backlight automatically
Disabled: Not turning o the backlight automatically

Turn o the instrument.
(When enabled)

Switch over the display to
automatic backlighting-
shuto setup mode.

Choose between [oFF] and
[on].
(When disabled)

Conrm your entry.
The display will return to
measurement mode.
