2.6.2 Ejecting a CD or DVD
1. Confirm that the lamp is neither on nor flashing (the drive is operating).
2. Press the eject button gently to open the disc tray.
3. Pick up the CD or DVD.
2.6.3 Using the DVD drive when the equipment is installed vertically
1. Press the eject button to eject the disc tray from the DVD drive.
2. While holding the disc tray with your left hand, set a CD or DVD on the disc tray with
your right hand.
3. Remove your left hand from the disc tray.
4. Push the disc tray to load the disc into the DVD drive.
5. When you remove the CD or DVD, pull out the disc without applying excessive force to
the disc.

5. DVDs”.
< NOTE >
・ When you are writing to a CD or DVD, use the OS to eject the disc. If you press
the eject button, writing to the disc may fail.
