Air breather (1) is located inside the side cover.
1. Clean the vicinity around air breather (1) before remov
-
ing the air breather.
2. Put a cover on the air breather port to prevent foreign
matter from entering.
3. Clean air breather (1) using compressed air. If completely
contaminated, wash the air breather with a cleaning sol
-
vent and reinstall it.
4. Take care not to allow foreign matter to enter into the
torque converter when reinstalling the air breather.
