Codabar Message Length
Scan the bar codes below to change the message length. Refer to Message Length
Description (page 86) for additional information. Minimum and Maximum lengths
= 2-60. Minimum Default = 4, Maximum Default = 60.

Code 39 On/Off
If your are reading Code 39 bar codes, Codablock A should remain disabled. If you
are enabling Codablock A (see page 130), you should disable Code 39.
Code 39 Start/Stop Characters
Start/Stop characters identify the leading and trailing ends of the bar code. You
may either transmit, or not transmit Start/Stop characters. Default = Don’t Trans-
mit.
