Sets and queries the Positive TRansition Filter for the Data
Questionable Status Register. After STAT US : PRESet, all used bits are
set to 1s.
Sweep Subsystem
Interactions between dwell, sweep time, points, step size, and
frequency span are as follows:
SWEep:TIME = (5 ms + SWEep:DWELl) x (SWEep:POINts - 1)
FREQ:SPAN = SWEep:STEP x (SWEep:POINts - 1)
