• Technical support registration number (if applicable)

• Operating system name and version
• Firmware version

• An L&TT support ticket, which can be downloaded to a USB drive from the front panel or
downloaded to a file with the RMI.
Accessing updates
• Some software products provide a mechanism for accessing software updates through the
product interface. Review your product documentation to identify the recommended software
