POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
6.1. There is either debris
caught in the valve or the
valve seal is bad.
Replace.
6.2. The oat has absorbed
water and has lost buoyancy.
Replace.
6.3. The oat has come out
of adjustment.
Re-adjust oat as necessary.
