4B200043 Service processor reports JTAG fail
1. Remove the processor card in slot
2 (P1-C2), if installed, and see if
the problem is resolved. If
resolved, replace the processor
card in P1-C2. If not, proceed to
step 2.
2. Exchange the processor card in
slot 1 (P1-C1) with the card
removed from slot 2 in step 1.
(Replace the card in slot 1 with a
new FRU if there is only one
processor card in the system.)
See if the problem is resolved. If
not, proceed to step 3.
3. Replace the system board.

4. Call service support.
4B200055 No processor found.
1. If only one processor is installed, it
must be in slot 1 (P1-C1).
2. If two processor cards are
installed, replace the card in slot 1
(P1-C1).
4B200056 No processor card.

must be in slot 1 (P1-C1).
2. If two processor cards are
installed, replace the card in slot 1
(P1-C1).
4B200057 The processor cards are not compatible
with each other.
Remove the processor cards. Verify
that the FRU numbers are valid.
Replace if necessary.
4B200058 Compatibility test on processor card in
slot 1 failed.
Remove the processor cards. Verify
that the FRU numbers are valid.
Replace if necessary.
4B200059 Compatibility test on processor card in
slot 2 failed.
Remove the processor cards. Verify
that the FRU numbers are valid.
Replace if necessary.
