1. Reseat the processor cards.

fixed, replace the first processor
card with the second processor
card that was just removed and
reapply power. If the problem is
fixed, replace the processor card
that was in the first slot.
3. Replace the system board.

online diagnostics. If the reboot
fails, attempt to boot from a
CD-ROM. If the reboot is
successful, run diagnostics in
