  If the printhead on your Ice Printer isn't moving in and out, the possible causes are a disconnected air supply, defective solenoid wiring or air lines, a defective solenoid, or a jammed printhead. Check and set the air pressure to 3 bar, check and correct the wiring/air lines, check and correct the solenoid. If the printhead is jammed, turn the power off and manually try to move the head, clearing any obstructions.
