Configuring WPA2 Enterprise (802.1x) Security
1 From the menu, click Network Configuration > 802.11 or
802.11 Configuration. The 802.11 Configuration screen
appears.
Parameters for WPA2 Personal Security
Parameter Description
Pre-Shared Key (PSK) The pre-shared key for WPA. You can enter an
ASCII passphrase (range is 8 to 64 characters),
and the key is derived from the passphrase
using the PBKDF2 algorithm.
Minimum Multicast
Encryption
Choose a data encryption method for non-
unicast transmission/reception:
CCMP (RSN): (Default) Use Counter Mode -
CBC MAC Protocol.
TKIP (RSN): Choose Temporal Key Integrity
Protocol.
Pairwise Encryption
(Unicast)
Choose a data encryption method for unicast
transmission/reception:
CCMP: (Default) Use Counter Mode - CBC
MAC Protocol.
TKIP: Use Temporal Key Integrity Protocol.
