Floor Plates
Removal and Replacement
To gain access to the pumps, motor, valves and pipework,
it may be necessary to remove the floor plates.
Front Floor Plate - Series 1 Machines
Removal and Replacement
1 Remove the drive pedal and interlock pedal pads A
by releasing their clamping screws.
2 Remove the four floor plate retaining bolts B and lift
the floor plate away from the machine.
Replacement is a reversal of the removal procedure.
Front Floor Plate - Series 2 Machines
Removal and Replacement
1 Remove the drive pedal pad C by releasing its
clamping screw. Repeat for dump pedal on 4WD
machines.
2 Remove the four floor plate retaining bolts D and lift
the floor plate away from the machine.
Replacement is a reversal of the removal procedure.
Rear Floor Plate
Removal and Replacement (not illustrated)
1 Remove the four floor plate retaining bolts and lift the
floor plate away from the machine.
Replacement is a reversal of the removal procedure.
