Installing The Soft Top
NOTE:
• The following procedures are for first time set up only. For
futu
re soft top procedures, refer to “Soft Top — If
Equipped” in this section.
• A visual instruction sheet is also included with the vehicle
that
details the procedure below.
1. Locate and remove the following items prior to hard top
remo
val:
• Right and left side door frames
• Rea
r belt rail
• Eigh
t door frame attachment Torx head fasteners
• Righ
t and left side quarter panel cover assemblies
• Rea
r window
2. Re
move the hard top. Refer to “Removing The Hard Top”
in t
his section.
3. Install the belt rail on the rear of the vehicle. Secure the
belt
rail using the six fasteners with the provided
#T50
Torx head driver and ratchet. Refer to the table
below
for recommended torque specifications.
