Pylon bell crank bracket

The pylon bell crank bracket is located at the bottom of the rear fuselage compartment and

fastened to the bottom of the fuselage using four fastening nuts as illustrated in Figure 4-4.

4.2.3.1 Overview

4.2.3.2 Removal

1. Extend the pylon to a position slightly below the extended position.

2. Switch off the RES master switch.

3. Remove the main doors.

4. Support the pylon slightly below the extended position.

5. Cut the Door close cable (3).

6. Remove the Pylon bell crank bracket bolt (1).

7. Remove the four Pylon bell crank bracket bolts (4).

8. Remove the Pylon bell crank bracket (5).
