antennareceivesradiowavesfromthesidesratherthan
fromthetip,pleasetakeadequatecareoftheantenna
directionwheninstallingtheantennainthemodel.
Inthecasewheretherearetwocoaxialantennasinthereceiver
mainunit,thefacesofeachantennashouldbeinstalledsothat
theyareatrightanglestoeachother,ratherthanbeingparallel.
Notethatinordertoallowcertainandstablecommunicationsto
becarriedout,itisrecommendedthateachantennashouldbe
installedwithaseparationof30mmormore.
Ifeachantennaisinstalledinparallel,the
receivingefficiencywillbereduced.
Thebuilt-inantennaoftheremoteantennais
installedonthesurfaceofthecircuitboard.
Carewillberequiredinthesituationwherethe
built-inantennahasbeeninstalledbesidea
shieldingmaterial,sincethereceiving
sensitivitywillbeconsiderablydegraded.

inaperfectlystraightcondition.
Coaxialpartoftheantennacan
bebenthowever,donotbendit

attacheddirectlytoashieldingmaterialsuch
ascarbonormetal,thereceivingsensitivity
oftheinstalledantennasurfacewillbe
considerablyreduced.Whentheantennais
tobeinstalledonthiskindofshielding
material,eitherseparatetheantennaasfar
aspossiblefromthematerial,orinthecase
wheretheradiowaveshieldingmaterialis
theaircraftbodyitselfprojecttheantenna
outsidetheaircraftbody.
